Dr Sabrina McCormick, PhD
Founding CEO
Sabrina McCormick is a scholar, filmmaker, and social entrepreneur. Dr. McCormick’s work has spanned the worlds of science and filmmaking, both serving on the Nobel Prize-winning Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and as a producer on the Emmy Award-winning climate documentary series, The Years of Living Dangerously. Scripted projects include co-writing/directing the feature film Sequestrada starring Gretchen Mol and Tim Blake Nelson shot in the Brazilian Amazon among indigenous communities, including the Arara people. She has acted as advisor to the EPA, US Congress, the Department of State, and the White House. She was a Member of the National Academies Climate Communication Initiative, and founding CEO of PandemicProof Productions and Aclara Advanced Materials. Dr. McCormick was formerly tenured Associate Professor at George Washington University and Senior Fellow at the Wharton Risk and Decision Center, amongst other roles.

Tina is an award-winning, strategic brand and content executive with over three decades of experience in digital media, television, film, and music, focusing on impact work. She served as a Senior Advisor to NowThis, the most-viewed mobile news brand globally, where she was also the Chief Content Officer. Before that, she was the CMO at MTV, leading the brand’s creative reinvention for more than two decades. Tina is on the Board of Directors of GlobalGiving, the Advisory Council at EarthJustice, and the Board of Advisors at Mogul. Additionally, she was part of the Global Leadership Board of Time’s Up and served as an Advisor at Lerer Hippeau Ventures. Tina was an Executive Producer on the 2021 Academy Award-winning live-action short “Two Distant Strangers.”

Michael Burger
Legal Content and Strategic Partnerships
Michael Burger is the Executive Director of the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law, and a Senior Research Scholar and Lecturer-at-Law at Columbia Law School. His research and advocacy focus on legal strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote climate change adaptation through pollution control, resource management, land use planning and green finance. He is an author of Urban Climate Law (Columbia U Press, 2023), and an editor of Global Climate Change and U.S. Law (ABA Publishing, 2023); Combating Climate Change with Section 115 of the Clean Air Act: Law and Policy Rationales (Edward Elgar, 2020) and Climate Change, Public Health and the Law (Cambridge U Press, 2018). He also is of counsel at the environmental law firm Sher Edling LLP. He is a regent and fellow at the American College of Environmental Lawyers, and a member of the Advisory Council at the Institute at Brown for Environment and Society.

Stephen has nearly three decades of leadership experience in strategy, analytics and research, for top global consumer entertainment, communication, and technology businesses.
Most recently Stephen lead Strategy, Research and Analytics for the world’s leading premium TV service, HBO, and its new brand HBO MAX. As part of the executive team he developed the business strategy for broadening HBO’s reach, and the expanded content strategy to create a streaming service across Warner Media’s properties. He is among industry pioneers bringing innovative data and research-based approaches to film and television development, working on shows such as Westworld, Big Little Lies, Euphoria, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, Vice News Tonight and the feature filmThe Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks.
Previously, Stephen was General Manager of Global Strategy, Research and Analytics for Microsoft’s Entertainment and Devices Business, where he led all aspects of research and analytics for Xbox, Xbox Live, and Microsoft’s TV and Game Studios.
Before this Stephen held senior positions at AT&T, T-Mobile, and Orange (Europe). At AT&T he was part of the award-winning team that pioneered audience interaction through text voting on American Idol, and he was responsible for the go-to-market strategy for the first mobile internet service in the US.
Stephen has been a frequent speaker at a variety of media events and prominent colleges, including the Television Critics Association, Dodge College of Film & Media Arts (Chapman), Boston University, The University of Pennsylvania, Saïd Business School (Oxford), and Stephen M Ross School of Business (Michigan).

Jie-Ming Chung

Jie-Ming has over 15 years of experience in the media sector as International Controller, Finance Director and management consultant for leading film/TV Studios and independent institutions. He has been involved in TV Productions; Downton Abbey, Camp, Dracula and The Worricker Trilogy. Jie-Ming has led several media business transformation projects at both studios and independent media companies. These include integration of Sky (UK) into NBCUniversal and Tele (Argentina) into Viacom. His regular clients have included Viacom, Paramount Pictures, IMG/Endeavor, Universal Studios and NBC. He has held non-executive positions at various tech startups. Ji-Ming is an International Management graduate of Amsterdam Business School.

Trish Dalton
Documentary Film Creative Executive
Trish Dalton is an award winning independent director/producer with over 15 years of experience creating high quality, personal story, social impact documentaries. Her feature-length and short form documentaries cover subjects ranging from the exploitative world of high-revenue college sports to the US-Mexico border fence and have broadcast on HBO, Time-Warner, PBS and Ovation after screening at film festivals around the world, including: IDFA, Visions du Reel, SXSW, Miami, Denver Starz, Nashville, True/False, DOC NYC, Full Frame, and Tribeca. Her films include Bordering on Treason, Election Year, Southmost USA, and One Night Stand. With a focus on social justice, several of her documentaries have been used as tools for social change. Her HBO Sports documentary, STUDENT ATHLETE, encouraged legislative change at the federal and state level to protect college athlete’s rights. Similarly, BREAKING THE SILENCE was used to promote new legislation to protect commercially sexually exploited youth under the age of 16. Other topics have shone a light on injustices related to the US/Mexican border wall and the mistreatment of farm animals in the US. People Magazine included Trish in their list of “Women Changing the World in 2020”.

Deborah Rudolph is Impact & Engagement Producer at Resilience Creative. She also serves as Partnerships Officer for Points North Institute, and Associate Programmer at the Tribeca Film Festival. She was previously Impact Producer at Looky Looky Pictures, Director of Sponsorships and DOCNYC PRO for DOCNYC, and for many years Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at HBO. She has been film evaluator for POV, Catapult Film Fun , and Chicken & Egg Pictures. As an independent consultant she also advises on film story and strategy, and is dedicated to filmmaker development, and building partnerships to increase sustainability for documentary makers.

Kelly has two decades of experience in the media industry that has led her to develop skills in leadership, creative problem solving, operational excellence and the implementation of process to aid strategic thinking. Applying these skills to Production, Kelly helps manage workflow, team dynamics and communication across multiple productions, including The Penguin, Blue Beetle, Russian Doll S2, The Other Two S2 and Work in Progress S2. Kelly has a BA in Anthropology from York University, and a certification in Project Management, from Project Management Institute.
